About the shed
Men’s Shed at Kirkbrae Retirement Village
We are a newly formed Men’s Shed, part of Kirkbrae Retirement Village. Currently, we have 42 members, including 20 residents of the village and 22 outside members.
The shed is fully equipped with machinery and tools for woodworking projects, and we also offer facilities for welding and metalwork. Additionally, we have established a popular organic vegetable garden that is enjoyed by all residents of the village.
We hold regular get-togethers and maintain a strong focus on men’s health.
